Anxiety can come in different shapes and sizes and not all children experience the same symptoms to the same degree.. You may notice that your child seems to be worrying most days. Perhaps they always seem to be looking for reassurance, have a feeling that something bad is going to happen. Play therapy provides a safe and expressive space where children can explore their feelings and learn coping strategies. It allows them to communicate their experiences through play, reducing anxiety and developing healthier responses to challenges in their lives.
